Bondi Beach, NSW 2026, Australia

Thanks to the renovation of this house, built in 1980, the owners now have a comfortable, light-filled three-storey home with four bedrooms near the popular Australian beach of Bondi in Sydney.

Designed and built by Tobias Partners.

The layout was redesigned, resulting in the partial removal of certain partitions, transforming the rooms into open, light-filled spaces. The layout of the rooms has also changed: in addition to the large living room with its magnificent sea view, the house features a large, stylishly decorated kitchen-diner, a music room, a cinema room and a library. The terrazzo floors, the walls coated in beeswax and the copper fireplace have been preserved.
