Ladbroke Square Penthouse is a penthouse that occupies the entire fifth floor, with a beautiful panorama of the huge garden in Notting Hill, London. The new owners carried out a redevelopment that allowed them to expand the views: from the north to the gardens and from the south to the Kensington area. According to the designers, they were inspired to choose this interior style by the elegant Parisian art de vivre, with French balconies and high ceilings. As the penthouse became the only apartment on the top floor, the existing elevator shaft was extended so that the elevator doors would open into the apartment. The design and implementation were carried out by the London studio De Rosee Sa, which has won numerous prestigious design awards. They also designed the kitchen-dining room, bathrooms, and built-in woodwork.
