Apartment in Paris into a dream haven for a Lebanese family
Rue François 1er, Paris
Located in the eighth arrondissement , this 150-square-meter dream apartment
in Paris is located in the heart of the golden triangle, an ultra-chic and glamorous
neighborhood bounded by the renowned Champs-Elysées, avenues Montaigne
and George V. This apartment is located in a typically
Haussmannian building dating from 1870.
Chadi Abou Jaoudehas renovated it for a family from Lebanon,
managing to overcome the great challenge of starting the renovation
just before the pandemic and the delays it caused.
Chadi Abou Jaoude:
“During the refurbishment, the owners were in Beirut and unable to travel,
so we communicated via email and phone. They discovered
the project once it was finished”
Chadi Abou Jaoude:
“The idea was to avoid anything superfluous or bling-bling .
We focused on the natural and organic with a retro twist and eclectic
furniture, and we introduced several influences”
