A modern high-tech penthouse with cosy landscaped courtyards and terraces on two levels on the top floor of a multi-storey building in Kyiv. The apartment's panoramic glazing provides a connection between the house, courtyard and city, creating a unique interior atmosphere.

The centrepiece of the penthouse is the common room, designed as a double-height rotunda. Light fixtures hanging from the transparent ceiling in the shape of raindrops give the space a romantic atmosphere.

Area total is 450m²
