for St James (Berkeley Group). London
Duplex penthouse in Tower One of the Corniche residential complex,
on the Albert Embankment, south London. Corniche was designed
renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners and is an exclusive
luxury residential complex with 168 apartments - from small studios
to multi-level four-bedroom penthouses. Smooth curvilinear the shapes
of the Corniche not only follow the direction of the river, but also provide
unique views of London - panoramas open from windows and terraces
on the Thames and the picturesque skyline of the capital.
The interior of a duplex penthouse commissioned by St James,
part of the Berkeley Group, designed and implemented by the London-based studio
TG Studio. Panoramic views of London and, in particular, a palette of picturesque
sunsets in the metropolis, from dark ink to pastel blue, helped
designers to create an elegant space with sophisticated,
calming and balanced mood. The founder talks about
