A bright and compact chic industrial loft in Stockholm

 Stockholm, Sweden

A tastefully decorated flat in a former factory that has been converted into a residential condominium in central Stockholm. The flat features partially plastered brick walls, metal and concrete beams, exposed wiring and tall windows. The apartment measures 626 square feet (58 square metres)

The home’s interiors showcase a high-quality, contemporary industrial aesthetic, with the details coming together to create a harmonious whole. The minimalist bedroom is separated by a distinctive industrial-style glass partition.

Glass partitions and an open-plan layout create the impression of a larger space than there actually is. Stylish furniture and fittings complement the overall aesthetic.

The living room and kitchen, with their high ceilings, form a single open-plan space. The white walls create a sense of airiness and openness. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning panoramic view of Stockholm. Some of the windows open out to form a ‘French balcony’.
