Paris, France
The large attic flat that Christian Louboutin bought in Paris has, following a two-year renovation and refurbishment, been transformed into an extraordinary, eclectic space that is comfortable to live in.
The shoe designer Christian Louboutin is a passionate collector of art and decorative objects.
The antique and designer pieces from the collection did more than simply adorn the designer’s Parisian flat; they transformed it into an extraordinary, multi-level, eclectic treasure trove that delights both the owner’s heart and eyes.
He has two warehouses: one in Portugal and the other on the outskirts of Paris. Both warehouses are crammed with antiques, works of art, carpets, furniture, doors and floor coverings. He acquires his treasures during his numerous travels, business trips or at auctions.
