This minimalist residence, designed by Arjaan De Feyter, was created through close collaboration between the client and the designer, resulting in a villa that exemplifies a fruitful symbiosis of the pursuit of individuality, perfection and comfort.

The design, with its multi-level layout, was influenced by the site’s natural landscape, ensuring that each space has a clear purpose and the house does not feel overly large.

The understated colour scheme of the interior reflects the Belgian aesthetic, where interior design serves as an extension of the architecture rather than a mere cosmetic addition. Some areas are bathed in light, whilst others remain darker and more intimate. The deep bronze lacquer at the entrance and the dark wall finishes have ultimately become one of the defining features of the house.

Cancel your reservations. When your home bar feels this effortless, staying in is easy. Lower the lights, pour a drink, and tune out the noice.
