A major redesign of an existing flat. The new layout creates two clearly defined living areas: a private sanctuary for the owner and a separate guest wing with its own wellness facilities, making it easy to combine hospitality with privacy.

The open-plan living room has become the centrepiece of The Hidden Apartment project. The living room is a fine example of sculptural elegance and understated innovation.

The bespoke marble-clad fireplace conceals a modern television, which disappears into the stone when not in use – a feature borrowed from superyacht design. The décor combines understated elegance with opulence.
