Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, United States
A home that reflects the owners’ Brazilian roots and embodies their lifestyle through a comfortable, welcoming and personalised design, combining Brazilian motifs with stunning views of South Florida.
This penthouse on the lower level of the 48th floor of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach in Florida, with a floor area of 465 m² (approximately 5,006 square feet), with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, was purchased by a technology entrepreneur from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as a family holiday home.
In the main living room, the space is brought to life by the rich hues of the designer armchairs, sculptural details and the vibrant colours of Manolo Valdés’s painting.
Designer Jessica Jaegger used organic textures and natural materials such as stone, wood and fibres, lending the space a sense of authenticity and warmth. Bronze and brass details emphasised the elegance of the interior, whilst the neutral surfaces were complemented by vibrant splashes of colour.
